About Naptown Hospitality

Naptown Hospitality LLC provides mobile bartending and event beverage services for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and other gatherings.

Naptown Hospitality operates as a dry bar service. Unless specifically stated otherwise in a written agreement, Naptown Hospitality does not sell or provide alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is purchased and provided by the client.

Information displayed on this website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes.

Package descriptions, pricing, enhancements, availability, photographs, menus, and other information may change without notice.

Submitting an inquiry through this website does not reserve an event date and does not create a binding service agreement.

An event is considered booked only after the requirements stated in your individual booking documents or Service Agreement have been completed.

Event Services

Specific event terms—including pricing, payment schedules, deposits, cancellations, guest counts, service hours, travel fees, alcohol responsibilities, venue requirements, and other event-specific conditions—will be governed by the written proposal and/or Service Agreement provided for your event.

If these Website Terms conflict with a signed Service Agreement, the signed Service Agreement controls with respect to the booked event.

Alcohol

Naptown Hospitality does not sell alcoholic beverages as part of its dry bar service.

Clients are responsible for purchasing and providing alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable laws and venue requirements.

Naptown Hospitality and its bartenders reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who appears intoxicated, cannot provide acceptable proof of legal drinking age, engages in unsafe or disruptive conduct, or otherwise should not be served under applicable law or responsible beverage-service practices.

Alcohol will not knowingly be served to anyone under the legal drinking age.

Venue Requirements and Permissions

Clients are responsible for confirming that their venue permits outside bartending services and client-supplied alcohol.

Any permits, approvals, licenses, permissions, or venue-specific requirements that are the responsibility of the client must be obtained before the event unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Quotes and Availability

Website pricing or package information does not constitute a guaranteed quote.

Final pricing may depend on factors including guest count, event duration, location, staffing needs, travel, menu selections, rentals, enhancements, and other event requirements.

Quotes are subject to availability and the terms stated in the individual proposal.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including the Naptown Hospitality name, branding, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, text, cocktail descriptions, menus, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to Naptown Hospitality LLC.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission.
